Weddings

At River City Sweets we utilize a collaborative approach to meeting your wedding needs and we work with each couple to make their wedding cake or desserts perfectly personalized. We encourage you to share your vision for your cake and any overall inspirations for your wedding. Together, we can design the perfect cake to compliment your wedding style, colors, or floral design. If you already have a specific idea in mind you can send it to us by e-mail, share a Pinterest board or bring photos or swatches to your wedding tasting.

Tastings

TO-GO TASTINGS:

We offer "To-Go Tastings" where we package up samples of four of our most popular flavors for you to taste in the privacy of your own home. Once you've tasted them all, we do the rest of the consultation by phone or over e-mail to iron out the details. To-Go Tastings are $10.

TRADITIONAL TASTINGS:

We also offer traditional wedding cake consultations at our residential location, if you prefer. A typical consultation lasts about 45-minutes, during which we will talk through the details of exactly what you are looking for and then taste four of our most popular cake and icing flavor combinations. Traditional Tastings are $20 for two people and $5 for each additional guest.

We request that you confirm your tasting at least a week in advance as we bake fresh for all orders and tastings.

Pricing

Pricing for wedding cakes varies based on the size and complexity of design requested. Buttercream cakes begin at $6/serving and fondant cakes begin at $7/serving. We also offer undecorated sheet cakes starting at $5/serving, to add additional servings to a smaller display cake.

We offer a variety of dessert options instead of, or in addition to, traditional wedding cakes. From cupcakes to cookies tables - we can do it all. We also offer custom edible wedding favors, monogram or logo cake pops, groom's cakes, bridal shower dessert spreads, anniversary cakes, or any special event cakes.
